DongGuan Yacht electric Lighting co., ltd. founded in 2006 DongGuan Yacht Mold factory founded in 2007 Yacht ZhongShan office founded in 2008 The products : Our company is specialized in manufacturing of lamp holders, lighting plastic and ceramic component, wire processing, tooling designing, manufacturing and injecting. The scale : The scale of our factory reaches 3000 square meters and there are over 100 workers in our company. The main production equipments include: injection molding machines , computer wire cutting machines , stripping machines , strip and twist machines , electric capacity-store-energy type welding machines , crimping machines , auto-stabilized solder machines ,electric punch etc. Our mold factory has been equipped with spark machines, wire cutting machines , lathe , grinder , milling machine etc. Quality Assurance: We have professional tooling designing ,quality controlling and certificating engineers .Not only can we produce the testing unit for lamp holders, but also we have all sorts of technological test gauge for lamp holders, such as the standard of IEC60238\IEC60838\IEC60061\IEC60400\UL496 etc. In addition, We have a series of lamp holder test gauge which include gauge for protection against accidental contact , the smallest, and the largest size lamps gauge to identify whether the products we produced such as E14\E27 have passed it or not. Testing equipment: Our company has installed voltage durable testing machine, contact resistance testing machine , 0-500 degrees celsius thermo tank , torsion meter , puller machine , ball-pressure test apparatus , pendulum impact-test apparatus , continuity testing machine , standard Impact Test. Main products : Miscellaneous lampholders series: G4,G5.3,G6.35,G8.5,G9,,GU10,GZ10,G12,GX12,R7s,RX7s. Lampholders for tubular fluorescent lamps series: G10q,G24,GX24,GX53. Edison screw lampholders series:E14 , E27. Our products have been obtained the following approvals :VDE, CE, SAA, CQC. Main market: USA,Canada , EU and China local market.
