The subsidiary Jiangsu Guotai International Group Guomao Co., Ltd was founded in May 1998. In December of2006, Jiangsu Guotai International Group Guomao Co., Ltd. officially listed in shenzhen stock exchange (stock name of "jiangsu guotai", stock code "002091"). In December of 2016, the group's major asset restructuring successfully completed, the group's trade supply chain business, Internet business, financial investment business and other core resources were fully integrated into the listed company, which has improved securitisation rate of state-owned assect and opened long term growth space for future development.
