(1)Description;
Good bonding for metal, rubber, plastic, wood, leather, paper, cloth, fireproof plate, cement, etc. while poor for soft PVC, PE, PP etc.
(2)Directions:
On the surface, all the water, oil, dirt, dust, rust, release agent and other obstacles must be cleaned up before using.
Coating evenly on both surfaces with brush or tooth scraper.
On porous surface such as wood, the capacity is about 200-300 g/m2, and others such as metal, 150-200g/m2. 2-3 times are better for surfaces such as canvas.
Place under ordinary temperature for 5-30min and naturally airing, and then press to bond from the middle to the edge to discharge air. Hammer on the edge.
The proper time between coating and bonding is 5-45min in summer, and 5-20 in winter.
(3)Caution:
The best bonding time is when the solvent is of little viscosity.
More universal the surfaces and the lager pressure, the better bonding strength.
No smoking and fire when using because of the organic solvent contained, and keep air circulation. Avoid storing in high temperature.
The bonding strength would be reduced by the water vapor coagulating in high temperature. If needed, Please use heating equipment.
Avoid touching with toluene to prevent from dissolution or expansion.
Please seal save after using. If viscosity rises, please add proper amount of toluene, fully mix and dilute.
No using below 10℃. If temperature is low, please bond in available time.
